Dr. Henry Dimingu
Is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Davenport University, a Master’s degree in Accounting from Brock University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from California Southern University. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
Currently, he is completing a certificate in Organizational Coaching from the University of British Columbia.
As the co-founder of ProEdge Consulting, Dr. Dimingu leads strategic initiatives in corporate training, coaching, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
His expertise and leadership are integral to driving success and innovation in the organizations he partners with.
Dr. Idowu Mogaji
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Management from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, a Master’s in Educational Leadership and School Improvement from the University of Manchester, UK, and a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada.
She also has a Graduate Certificate in Curriculum Development, a Graduate Certificate in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) Leadership from Harvard University, a Graduate Certificate in Professional Skills Development from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, and an Executive Certificate in Corporate Governance and Ethics from the University of Toronto, Canada.
At ProEdge Consulting, she leads initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational practices and outcomes. Her role involves overseeing curriculum development, fostering instructional innovation, supporting employee professional development, and developing new program offerings.
